How does Pulse know what to recommend?
You share a 30-day summary from your Whoop or Oura (plus a few questions). Pulse reads the trends in your sleep, HRV, recovery and training load, and uses them — alongside your goals — to personalise your formula and update it each month.
Do I need a wearable?
It's best with a Whoop or Oura, but you can start from the questionnaire alone and connect a wearable later to sharpen it.
How is it different from other personalised supplements?
Most personalise once and send the same thing forever. Pulse re-tunes every month as your data changes — adaptive, not static.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel or pause anytime from your account, no questions asked.
