Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Pulse, a personalised supplement service based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pulse.

2. Who can use Pulse

You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to order from us.

3. Not medical advice

Pulse provides personalised food supplements, not medicine. Our recommendations are based on the information and data you provide and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a health condition. Our team’s review of your formula is a quality and safety check, not a clinical consultation. If you experience any adverse reaction, stop taking the product and seek medical advice.

4. Your subscription & billing

  • Pulse is a monthly subscription priced at £42 per month.
  • At checkout we securely save your payment details. You are not charged immediately. Our team first reviews your formula (usually within 24 hours).
  • Once approved, your first payment is taken and your subscription begins. It then renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
  • We’ll let you know in advance of any change to your price.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage subscription) or by emailing hello@pulsedaily.io. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn’t refund a payment already taken for an order being prepared or shipped.

6. Orders, delivery & refunds

We ship within the UK, typically within around 5 days of approval, via tracked delivery. Because your supplements are personalised and consumable, your statutory right to cancel may be limited once an order has been prepared, as permitted under UK consumer law.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights.

7. Acceptable use

Please give us accurate information, don’t misuse the service, and don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

8. Our liability

We provide Pulse with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
